How It Works
1. Classroom Sessions
To begin we'll set the expectations, goals and details and what will happen on and off the court
2. On-Court Sessions
All sessions are focussed on skill development, but will be done in 'real World' situations to maximise learning.
3. XPS App Access
You get your own account with access to individual workouts, drills, session plans and more!
4. Shooting Analysis
You will receive a detailed analysis of your jump shot as well as a plan to help you take it to the next level
5. Personal Review
At the end of the 6 weeks you will receive an assessment of your skills complete with video feedback and a 2-month plan for development

The Programme
Wk 1 - Meet & Compete!
In our first week we'll meet off the court to set out how training will look and prepare our work. Our first on-court sessions will look at shooting & finishing as well as general basketball offensive movement.
Wk 2 - Shooting
Week 2 is all about shooting the ball. We'll film your shot and you will receive an evaluation on your shooting form. We'll then work with you to develop a strong technique and apply that in game situations
Wk 3 - Space & Pace
Once we've got our shooting routines in place, we'll get into the game! First we'll set the tone on how to play - fast and with great spacing! This week we'll put together the shooting, spacing & movement that we've been practicing.
Wk 4 - Defence
We'll turn our attention to defence in all aspects. Starting with on-ball defence and moving to the deeper aspects of team defensive principles!
Wk 5 - Ball Screen Action
In week 5 we'll dive into some high level concepts around screening. I love this week! Ball screen is such a big part of the game, it's so important that players learn how to play both offence and defence of the screen.
Wk 6 - Put it all Together
In the last two sessions you'll get a chance to play more 5 on 5 and show what you've learned. You'll be coached as if in a real game and your skills will be put to the test! We'll be filming all the games and you'll receive lots of feedback from this week.
